	<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><strong><span style="font-size: 9pt; color: red">Please remember to always call the office when you are out of work.</span></strong><span style="font-size: 9pt"> Do not rely on your employer or other members to inform us.&nbsp;<u>Even if you have spoken to a Business Representative be sure to confirm with the Secretary </u>that your name has been added to the numbered out of work list.&nbsp;If you do not let the office know you are out of work, we will not know you are looking for work.&nbsp;It is the responsibility of each member to check into the office at least once every two weeks.&nbsp;If we do not have correct contact information on file for you, we will be unable to dispatch you to work.</span></div>

<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="font-size: 9pt">When dispatched to a jobsite you will be allowed to have 3 weeks employment before you will be removed from the out of work list.&nbsp;For example, should you only be on a job for 2 days you will keep your number.&nbsp;&nbsp; Once three weeks have passed you will be removed from the list. </span></div>

<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="font-size: 9pt">You are allowed three (3) refusals before you will loose your number on the list.&nbsp;After three (3) refusals your name gets dropped to the bottom of the list.&nbsp;&nbsp; Same applies if you do not call in over an extended period of time or are unreachable.&nbsp;If your name is on the out of work list and you have been called back by a contractor be sure to contact the office so that we may remove your name from the list.&nbsp;</span></div>

<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="font-size: 9pt">Any member accepting a work referral and not reporting to the job must report same to their local union or Regional Council immediately.&nbsp;For any violation of this paragraph, a member shall be subject to charges, and if found guilty, shall be fined from fifty dollars ($50.00) to two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) at the discretion and recommendation of the Trial Committee.</span></div>
